Polar Bear Heart

My main squeeze is an incredible human being. On January 26 he took part in the 12th Annual MSP Polar Bear Plunge to benefit Special Olympics Maryland. The air temperature was 32 degrees, the water slightly warmer, but that didn't stop him (and approximately 10,000 other brave souls) from plunging into the frigid Chesapeake Bay. Thanks to the generosity of our friends and family Frank raised a whopping $500 -- a personal best. This is the fourth consecutive year he participated. Overall, Special Olympics Maryland raised more that two million dollars. Woo-hoo!
